pre-roll video ads after youtube embedded video

Hello, I want to pay jwplayer to add pre-roll video ads in my website, But all my videos in my website embedded from youtube please, see the below link to know what i mean

As per our YouTube Video Embed support article, customers are unable to use ads with our player when embedding YouTube videos. This is due to a limitation in YouTube’s Terms of Service that disallows any advertising on content stored with them when embedded on external sites.
