Downloading a self-hosted JWplayer demo

I have used your player as an example for my students to create a demo fallback on HTML5 video. It seems that neither one of us can sign in or create a new user account to get the free version of JWPlayer. This is unfortunate since we have been successfully utilizing your player with the watermark earlier. Can this issue be fixed or do we need to turn to another solution?
