Need HD option in RSS feed URL

Our client has Enterprise subscription and added videos on Jwplayer site.
For the videos which we call using iFrame we get proper options to play multiple HD options.
But we need some customization to stop player on certain position, seek its position and then play from that particular position[time frame].
So we customized setup function and added RSS feed to play the videos.
Using RSS feed as video URL , we are not getting HD options for the videos.
For E.g. -

Please provide solution as soon as possible.
As our client's site is live now.
