JW Player Videos on Samsung tablet

I just bought a Samsung tablet. I use a website where I need to view streaming videos which they post in jwplayer.
When I try to play them on my tablet or phone, I get a message that says I need to install a plug-in but it doesn't tell me what it's called or where to get it. This is very frustrating and might force me to take the Samsung back and buy an I-Pad!! Please help!

If you are having issues playing videos on a specific website, I would recommend contacting that website for assistance. Our player will work with Samsung tablets, as long as the people responsible for the website are setting our player up the correct way.
