Error #2035

Hi, When I try to watch a video I see Error 2036. It would seem that that this is being caused by your software. The URL is http://theriflebird.com/health/apparently-if-you-eat-turmeric-1x-per-day-for-a-month-this-is-what-happens-to-your-body/
I am using Firefox under Windows 10
This has happened a few times this week at different URL's accessed from Facebook.
Can anyone help?

Hello,

Sometimes you may see this error if you are using an outdated version of Flash or if there is some form of access/instantiation problem with the player. I loaded the video on my end. Does this happen for you in all browsers?

This error is cause by Firefox and Youtube embedded videos using the JWplayer on windows systems. This is a flaw on the jwplayer, version 6.12. What it’s doing is that the player is trying to communicate with the jwplayer server to submit analytics (view counts, etc) which conflicts with Youtube API streaming.

Hello Frank,

That makes sense as YouTube does not allow the use of Third Party ads with their video streams. Just for testing purposes you might try using potentially a GoogIMA ad or our Staging player which has a few new fixes implemented. I can’t confirm it will fix the issue but it may be worth a try.
