Control bars not appearing in IE

I am using 6.3.3242 version of JWPLAYER. I am facing an issue that is the control bar is not appearing in ie <=10 after clicking on fullscreen button.

The same is coming in chrome.

I would recommend trying to reproduce your issue in the latest version of JW Player 6, which is 6.12, and is available to download in your Account Dashboard. As you can see by searching through the release notes for JW 6, we made several improvements to the fullscreen experience of the player in the versions after 6.3.

If you are still experiencing the issue in JW Player 6.12, please supply us with a link to a reproduction page and we will be more than happy to take a look.
