Cannot log in JW player anymore


Hello,

I recently migrated to JW Player Premium account.
Unfortunatly, I can no longer log in the platform (sign in) https://account.jwplayer.com/
I always return to the login page


1- I tried on Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome (48.0.2564.97 m)
2- I also renewed my password but still not working.

The former user account was jonathan.lyons@manitowoc.com

Could you help me?

I do not see anything on our side that would indicate you cannot sign in. Can you try clearing your browser cache or using a Chrome incognito window?

I have the same problem. Yesterday I have created a free account and it was working normally. Today I was using it when it logged me out and now I can't log in anymore. Each time I try to log in the page starts to log me in but then takes me back to the log in form.
I have cleaned my browser cache and I have tried using a Chrome incognito window. Nothing works.

When I look up your email address, it looks to be associated with a Free account, so if you have upgraded to Premium – please forward the email confirmation of your purchase, along with the explanation that you have upgraded to Premium but don’t have access, to support@jwplayer.com and we can take a look for you.
