Hi, there.

Can you confirm that the server hosting your RTMP stream (rtmp://stream.taksimbilisim.com:1935/ciftcitv/bant1) has their crossdomain and CORS policies set up in a way that would not block Facebook? You can find more information on Crossdomain policies on this support article.

Thanks.

Hi, Serhan.

It appears that you’re embedding two RTMP sources and a HLS source. Facebook recently moved to a HTML5-only player, so RTMP would not be able to be played in Facebook because it is a Flash-based format. HLS will also not be able to be shared to Facebook because our Facebook player is actually version 5, which did not yet support HLS. We could not integrate Facebook into later versions due to changes they made in their system.

So, with all of this said, it looks like your only option would be able to obtain the content in a HTML5-friendly source, such as MP4.

Please let me know if you need any more help or have any other questions.

Thank you!

Hi, Serhan.

I can’t speak for what other players do to circumvent what Facebook is doing, but as I’ve said before, they are moving to remove all Flash video content from their site altogether. So, even if something works now, it’s probably not going to work not too far in the future.

What I would recommend is sharing the page that the player resides on to Facebook. You can do this with the code found on this test page, or setting the “Permalink” URL in a cloud-hosted player’s configuration in your Account Dashboard.

Please let me know if you need any more help or have any other questions.

Thank you!
