how to make responsive iframe embed code

in wordpress how do you embed a iframe player into wordpress to be 100% height and width .. with the free player

I embeded at 100% width but had to assign a height and when i scale down there is a grey box behind video and I want it be 100% height and width.. I have Jw player 6 installed in wordpress.. is that the latest? thanks in advance -- if I embed the java script into page it only shows a black box
