How to use casting with Self-Hosted Player
In the "Introduction to Casting" article it says "The Receiver URL you need is provided in the Casting section of the Player builder in your dashboard, which you will see when either creating a new player or editing an existing one."
What URL do I use if it is a self-hosted player?
