The answer to your question is dependent if your JW Platform account is using the new version of our dashboard or not. If it is, and you can see what it looks like here, then there shouldn’t be any difference between the analytics you see on a Platform account or a Free JW Player account.
As for analytics from the devices – since we don’t have SDKs for those (TV) devices, I can assume that they are being played from visiting a website on those devices. If that is the case, the analytics should populate just fine, just like they would if you are visiting the site from your computer.
For Android and iOS – if viewers are seeing content from visiting a web site, the same thing applies – the analytics populate. If the video is presented via our mobile SDKs, analytics do not populate.
