getVisualQuality not work in version 7.2.4

.getVisualQuality() returns undefined again.

I am not able to reproduce this on my side, as I see a response for .getVisualQuality() while an HLS video is playing. Please note that .getVisualQuality() will only work for streaming media formats, not MP4s. What kind of video are you using?
