JWplayer 7 is not able to play 1920x1080

Hi, there.
There looks to be an issue with the encoding of your MP4. Even playing it directly in Chrome resulted in a blank display and just the audio playing. I downloaded the file, re-encoded it with Handbrake, and then afterwards I was able to play it in our player and the video would appear.

but it can play the video on IPADs and Iphones but on PCs it does not, I do not know why? No issues with any other resolutions. Can you check again why it is playing on ipads and phones and not on PCs? On flash it plays blank screen with audio only
