can't change quality of the video from youtube

Hello!
We try to use option of changing quality of the videos placed in youtube, but it doesn't work.I would like to pay your attention that player integrated to your own page have the same problem

we use following version of the player 7.2.2
Could you please advice steps that should be undertaken to solve this situation

Thanks for checking the support site! It appears that we are changing quality, though this may not be reflected immediately in the video. This exact behavior may not be directly controlled by us, as we are utilizing the Youtube API.
