Low quality playback in Chrome

I'm using the iframe embed to publish and video playback looks fine in Safari but looks low quality in Chrome. My video was uploaded as Mp4 but it looks like Flash is being presented instead in Chrome.

Is this a bug? Maybe there is a way I can enable full quality playback in chrome?
