I've been unable to figure out how to enable downloads of videos or audio files from our JWPlatform account. Ideally, I'd like to have one JW7 player configuration that would allow users to stream or download the files in the playlist. What do we need to do to accomplish this?

I'm not sure this applies to us. Since we have a JWPlatform account, we use the Platform-supplied Embed codes to embed playlists into our websites. The article to which you linked has instructions for self-hosted JWPlayer, which doesn't apply to us. I tried it anyway, and sure enough, it didn't work.
I tried appending the embed script, and I tried separating them out as separate scripts. Neither worked. Is there something I'm missing, or a setting in our Platform account that needs to be changed?
