Video errors out for selective network providers (especially in LTE)

Hello Team,
As I already raised the ticket on unable to play videos in EE and AT&T ( 3G/LTE/4G )(http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/en/portal/questions/15920168-jwplayer-is-not-working-in-mobile-devices-especially-in-3g-lte-4gnetworks-?new=15920168)

Here are some updates to it. We have captured error from server side(Apache),
1. AT&T - LTE error log (VIDEO ERROR: Error loading media: file could not be played)

"GET /access-dam/56563d23b145ebac751ce85b/1/inline/Riker%20WM%20111-25-155:52%20PM.mp4 HTTP/1.1" 200 352256 "http://uat.ysbnow.com/en/ysb/vids/all-vids" "Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 8_4 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0 Mobile/12H143 Safari/600.1.4"

2. Wifi logs (VIDEO PLAYS FINE)

"GET /access-dam/565638e5b145eb3b661ce7b3/1/inline/MVI_0100(1)%20111-25-155:35%20PM.mp4 HTTP/1.1" 206 655360 "http://uat.ysbnow.com/en/ysb/vids/all-vids" "Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 8_4 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0 Mobile/12H143 Safari/600.1.4"

It seems our mongodb is fetching the chunks of video file and then play them as a whole. Based on our analysis the video plays fine in wifi connection, but fails to load in LTE connections. we have provided our server logs above for your reference.

Requesting you to help us resolve the issue, thanks in advance.

Hello,

I am not quite able to replicate the issue you are mentioning in regards to your videos not playing via cellular networks. I’ve played several of your videos fine on my end, specifically on LTE networks. Have you tried this across multiple devices and/or OSs?
