JW player black screen with sound ie 11

Hi.

When playing an m3u8 streem file using jwplayer version 6 embedded on a web page it runs only the audio with a black screen instead of the video for some users in IE 11. They say that flash player updated to latest version https://gyazo.com/017e99f28603abbcdd56e5193be18b99
This stream working on other browsers for them.

This example is working for me but lot of users have trouble with this.

It’s playing for me as well. Do you know if they are running IE in compatibility mode, which could cause problems?

Strange, the video is playing in compatibility mode but not in full screen. After turning off compatibility mode video is not displaying. https://gyazo.com/1dd7fdfaf544a87bd7e35277221c7658

I just checked again and your link (http://members.satellitedirect.com/jwplayer/) is still working for me just fine in IE 11 on both Windows 8.1 and 10. Also, your screenshot seems to point to something local on your computer causing that issue, perhaps with Flash’s plugin for IE 11. You may want to try quitting all of your browsers, uninstalling Flash Player, restarting your computer and re-installing Flash Player and see if that seems works for you.
