I'm logged in http://support.jwplayer.com/ but when I click on "account dashboard" on the top banner I'm redirected on https://account.jwplayer.com/
Then, I log in again whith my user and password, the url changes for a second to dahsboard.jwplayer.com then suddenly redirect to https://account.jwplayer.com/sign-in?platform=1 where I can only log in again ... and again ...
P.S. tried also clearing my browser's cache, nothing changed.

I've already tried clearing the browser's cache and also changing browser and changing PC. Nothing works.

I'm having the same issue. I can login to support, but when trying to access dashboard, I keep returning to the login page. I reset my password, but continue to have same problem.

My account is not functioning. I can access the support portal but when I go to the dashboard I am asked to login and told my password is invalid. I can reset it successfully but an again taken to the dashboard and get a funk screen without any video content. Wen I refresh the page I am again asked to login and told my password is incorrect even though I just reset it.
Major issue as we have lots of video content and are unable to access embedded code or post new videos. Please help.
