How to detect if streaming is blocked

I am using the enterprise version of JWPlayer. Some visitors to my site (but not all) cannot stream videos; the embedded videos simply don't show up on the page for them.

I suspect this is because streaming videos are blocked on their company networks, but I don't know for sure. (This is just a wild guess on my part.) Is there a way (some tool or webpage) I can send people to so they can test to see if, indeed, blocking is occurring?

Hello Allen,

You could potentially utilize Google Analytics to capture certain events that may occur within that embedded player to log the users interaction. One of those events could be “Video Completes”. You can find more information here: http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1417179-integration-with-google-analytics.
