We no longer provide support for JW Player 5. We do offer a free version of our latest version, JW Player 7, that you can sign up for at http://www.jwplayer.com.

Unfortunately, we do not have any documentation for JW Player 5 anymore.

My apologies – the best place to probably direct you would be the “Embedding” section of our support site, which I have linked below. I would especially suggest you take a look at the “Basic Video Embed” article, as that is the closest thing we have to a Quick Start Guide.
