Some of our HLS Streaming comes with a black video and sound working

All of our streams came from the same source, all of them in the same HLS format.
But some of them works and some of them not.

Hello,

I see that the stream does seem to play. The chunklists are downloading, although not very smoothly. I’ve also tried this in the Wowza Test Player and see similar performance. Have you checked the continuity of your streams to make sure they are okay?
