Video plays, no sound in Safari.

Hello,

We have a website that plays MP4 files using JW Player. The sound and video used to work fine in Safari. Recently, the video plays however there is no sound when the user is using Safari. We are running JW Player Version 6.11.4923 (Pro edition). The video and sound works fine in all other browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, etc).

Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone else started having this problem?

I would try re-encoding using the default settings on handbrake:
