Jwplayer Trial doesn't work in Chrome m3u8

I'm trying to setup correctly the player on our new radio website.
At first i had the free version but it only worked in mac under safari.
But now i have a trial version of the player, and it works in safari, firefox, and IE but it doesn't in chrome.
When i click on play it seems to make something and then the player becomes gray... an nothing sounds.
Is that a limit of trial version or i have some kind of problem in my setup?

Hi, there.

I am unable to access your link and receive the following error:

The web app you have attempted to reach is not available in this Microsoft Azure App Service region.

This may be due to you restricting access to a certain IP range or geolocation. Please let me know when you open this up so I can see it.

To answer your question, however, this is not because you have a trial account. Our trial accounts are fully-featured.

Hi, there.

It looks like this is caused by Chrome automatically blocking any Flash content less than 400px wide or 300px high. Since our player uses Flash in Chrome to render HLS streams, this is why that is happening.

With the upcoming release of JW Player 7.2.0, we resolve this issue with audio players so that this will not happen. If you want to test this now, you can try out the beta of 7.2.0, by logging into your Account Dashboard, going to “Players”, clicking on your “Player pequeño” player and then toggling the option under the “Advanced” menu. You have a few options in that menu, but you would want to choose “Beta”, since that refers to 7.2.0.

As of right now, we are targeting November 11 for the production release of 7.2.0, but this is subject to change. You can keep an eye on our JW 7 Release Notes page as we post release notes and bug fixes with every new update.

Please let me know if you need any more help or have any other questions.

Thank you!
