JW 7 does not play on Internet explorer 8 or 11.

Thank you for contacting the support team. I see that your having some issues with your stream, can you potentially provide me a sample link to the problematic player so I can investigate this on me end in more depth. A simple page with your code above will suffice.

Please note IE8 is not supported within JWP7.
