Audio, no video

Help, I am using JWP 7 on Wordpress 4.3.1 and can't get video to play on desktop. Plays Audio, no video… but works fine on iOS.

Hi,

It seems your encoding isn’t compatible with Chrome. I tested in Safari and it worked so I re-encoded it using handbrake which can be found here:
https://handbrake.fr/
