Missleading setup Error

Hello,

We use Free Jwplayer, cloud hosted (option 2).

As stated on Jwplayer release note minimum flash version is 11.2

As stated per this document, the player seems to return a setup error as this when flash requirement are not met : Error loading player: Flash version must be 11.2 or greater, source :http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403682-common-error-messages.

The problem is that it is not the case in this setup:
Win 7 PRO fully patch.
IE 11
Flash : 10.0.2.54

We get this setup error : Error loading player : No playable sources found. A bit misleading so.

The page is really simple with only one rtmp link.

Why we don't get the right setup error ?

Hello,

Are you able to replicate this issue on another browser within the same computer? There could be a botched install of Flash.

Yes i can replicate the issue on the same computer with Firefox:
Firefox version 41.0.2
Flash : 10.0r2
