JWplayer is not able to play some mp4 files, Can you please check and let me know what is wrong? Is it Jwplayer or my website coding?

It looks like an issue with the encoding of the mp4 file.
When I access the file directly at https://www.meritmeter.com/upload/reviews/uploaded/1445963910.mp4 it also looks to have no video. I would recommend re-encoding the video.
I have reduced the video resolution from 1920x1080 to 640x360 and it worked.
Why jwplayer cannot play the 192x1080 on html5 and on flash I see blank screen but I can hear the sound?
How can I fix that?
