WP JW6&7: Error loading player: No playable sources found

I download the jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress-6.zip & jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress-7.zip and shows me Error loading player: No playable sources found, in all my videos.

i follow the this fix: http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/questions/11348242-pb-error-loading-player-no-playable-sources-found

but it doesn't fix it.
