How to setup Mid-Roll ads during Live Streaming in JWPlayer

We are planning to display mid-roll ads based on scheduled interval(i.e. display ad after every 5 mins) during live streaming in JWPlayer, can you please suggest how to setup mid-roll ads? Is there any sample code which we can refer?
