Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I was able to replicate this issue locally, and have escalated it to our engineering team.
In the meantime, I’d use another skin.

Why doesn't work ?

It doesn’t appear to be a bug in the player, as we created a simple instance of JW Player linking to both of your sources, and the HD button appears to toggle red as it should.
Thank you for the code you provided, I do not see any issues with it.
