Feature Request: Allow subtitles to be inserted after initialisation

In my particular case I am not able to know before initialisation if there are subtitles for the video*. However, once I have detected the file I was hoping to say to jwplayer, "add these tracks to the control bar".
Here is the stackoverflow discussion: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/32560225/is-it-possible-to-add-a-caption-track-to-a-jwplayer-instance-after-setup

*The reason is that the subtitles are being crowdsourced and supplied in an adhock manner. Therefore, some of the 1000s of videos are subtitled and may get subtitled any day. There is no database for the subtitles, just the placement of the .vtt file in the directory with the appropriate name. It seems awkward to have to rewrite the whole initialization script to detect the file first and then install the player depending on the result.
