Unable to play mp4 vieos.

Hello,

I have some mp4 videos which I can view on Internet Explore directly. But when I try to view them directly using JW6 player, I get error - Error loading player: Offline playback not supported.
Can you please help? Also pls tell where can I upload the .mp4 file which is not playing?
