IE9 + YouTube = Video not rendering

At http://www.ciavideos.com the player does not load for IE9. Is there a configuration fix we can apply?

We're running JW 6.12.4945.

Do you have Flash Player installed on the computer you’re running IE 9 on?

Apparently, I did not have Flash installed. I'll have now add in a Flash check for other users since there's not a native error message.
