Adaptive streaming box disappears before I can select bitrate

I'm upgrading to jw 7 from jw 6, and I have everything working with the new API with one exception. I use HLS adaptive streaming, and in my new player I cannot select a bitrate to play.

I hover over the "HD" button in the control bar, but as I mouse up to make a selection, the popup box containing the available bitrates disappears before I can select one. Any ideas why this would happen?

I am using the "Six" skin.

Does your stream work correctly in JW7 in our Stream Tester at http://demo.jwplayer.com/stream-tester/ ? If yes, perhaps there is some sort of CSS conflict that is preventing the clicks on the popup box from being recognized. Do you have <!doctype html> at the top of your page? Is this happening in all browsers?

As Mark said, we need a link to the page so we can try to reproduce this on our side.
