Border Issue on Desktop (example provided)

Hello,

I am having an issue with two tiny grey/black lines on the sides of the player when set to use primary: "flash"
https://gyazo.com/dfb323d19427028a5bfd1d1a6f163c4b

After changing to primary: "html" the problem is no longer present.

Common Settings:
primary: "flash",
stretching: 'fill',
width: '100%',
aspectratio: "16:9",

I would very much like to use primary: "flash" as my default as I know not all advertisers are compliant with html and it may reduce the fill rate / revenue.

There must be a way to remove these tiny grey lines on the edge of the player.

Please advise.

have you seen the page URL's you provided. The player is not even half visible

Hi, there.

Actually, both URLs you are providing are resulting in the same thing for me. Here is a screenshot: http://imgur.com/UIhmVXt

What I, and I assume Mark, are seeing is most likely a CSS issue. I would recommend checking the layout in your CSS, as there is nothing in our player that would be causing this issue.

Please let me know if you need any more help or have any other questions.

Thank you!

These URLs are very different. It is not CSS

HTML - no line

FLASH - line

FYI these are gifs to demo what is actually happening.

Hi, Grant.

My apologies – you did not tell me those were screenshots. We assumed you were linking to the actual page with the players embedded. The player should look the same in both Flash and HTML5 mode. I would need you to provide me URLs to actual live pages for each to see what the issue is.

Thanks.

All I can provide are the links above. Our platform will not be open to the public until it is working properly.

Same exact setups, with the two primary options
flash or html

Hi, Grant.

As I have not seen your issue before, it’s going to be really hard to troubleshoot if I don’t see a live page. Even though your platform is still in development, a lot of our customers are able to make a test page that is viewable to us that has the player on it. Embedding our player onto a page by itself, with no other JavaScript or CSS, is also a great troubleshooting step for you to determine if the issue is with our player or with other JavaScript or CSS.

If you can’t provide a link to a test page, can you at least provide the full setup code block you are using?

Thanks.
