fallback for old phones

hi there, we are using jwplayer7 right now.

is there a fallback solution for old phones (eg. iphone4, windows phone), which are not supported by jwplayer.
in our tests those phones show a "unsupported source" error.
but in our test a simple <video> would play the video.

also what is the best way to stream to new windows phones?
we have rtmp and m3u8 streams, but both don't seem to work.
eg. on the jwplayer homepage the video is streaming through a simple http file. is that the only solution?

Do you have a sample page showing your video work in a <video> tag but not with our player? I’m most cases, our player simply writes a video tag and hands off playback to the browser on mobile devices so this sounds strange. You should be able to playback HLS on windows phones as shown here:
