Error loading player: No media sources found in some chrome android

Hello,
I am testing the free version and conveying a mp4 file, but some chorme navigators in android does not carry the player, error:
Error loading player: No media sources found
Some browsers carry the video in the player (most of them), but some do not.
What will be the error reason? since in most browsers chorme the video is displayed.
