JW Player Logo on YouTube videos

I have had a perpetual license for years now and have been embedding YouTube videos using JWPlayer. Suddenly there is a JW Player logo in the upper right corner.

Please let me know how I can fix this. Am I to believe that the company just decided not to honor their previous agreements?
