I've been trying to watch certain videos on sites that use the JW Player and the videos just take forever to load and it's been bugging me for a long time.

The video you link to works fine for me.... not that it's any of your business to post about it anyway, You are not the person who holds the license to the video player, so quite frankly you are out of line.
I'm sorry, I don't understand.
The video that you listed works great.
The fact that you are just a viewer of the site and not the owner of the site or owner of the JW License makes me wonder what kind of help you expect? What could anybody here do to fix your problem?
