I tried to upload a video file(mp4), but I couldn't.

Here is what I did.
1. I logged in to dashboard.jwplatform.com
2. Then logged in as JstnTestClient
3. click "upload" button.
4. I pick one of my video file in my local machine.
5. It seemed working fine, but it stopped at 100%.

Also my site use your API to manage videos. It also didn't work.
File is not uploaded.

Could you look into my account??

Thank you,
G.T. Lee.

G.T. I am having the exact same issue. I assume it is a server issue on JW Player's behalf. I keep checking back on here today to see if it gets resolved.

PS: is there a minimum duration (length)? I also tried to upload a mp3 which is only 6 sec long, this one I couldn't upload at all.

I have a video that is 2 seconds and it works. However my video that is .5 seconds will not work.
