We have a bunch of videos that we compressed from 1080p to 720p and uploaded them onto our website. The WordPress video player plays these videos fine but the JW Player plays them zoomed in. Any reason why it would do that and how to fix?
Do the dimensions of the video in the manifest match the actual dimensions of the .TS fragments? Our player respects the dimensions in the manifest but we do not adjust based on what the .TS fragments say.
Are you setting any stretching options in your jwplayer().setup() ?
Can you include a link to a test page where you are seeing this behavior?

I seem to have positive playback of the creative. I cannot provide a screenshot but the full length of the video is displayed (with letterbox cropping) and no zooming. Is this specific to a certain browser by chance?
