Wordpress JWPlatform plugin unable to login

Hi, I have a free account , I downloaded the wordpress plugin, but when I try to log in using the Settings -> Media interface (from WP plugin) I got unsucessful response. Message "Credentials were not accepted" occurs..
I type my username (registered email) and pwd set during registration process.

What Am I doing wrong?

I have a Multisite WP installation, plugin is going to be used just in one domain. a subsite from WP.
