Error Loading Player: No playable sources found using FILEMAKER 11

Hi Everyone,

I have a bit of a weird one.

We have created a page for viewing videos which used JW player and the video play fine when loaded in a browser.

EG.

https://go.mycastingnet.com/ViewVideo.html?fname=804f641e-cb52-4861-8663-bd85acc3bfc1&mof=f

However, if the link is inserted into a web viewer in file maker 11, we get the Error Loading Player: No playable sources found error.

Any ideas why?

I am not completely familiar with the web viewer capabilities of FileMaker 11, but my guess is that they might not have a built-in Flash plugin. I see you are loading a FLV video which requires Flash. My first suggestion would be to try the same embed with an MP4 video. I also recommend upgraded your self-hosted player to JW 6.12 since you are using 6.2 on your page.
