Can't get to my platform account

Hello,

My login takes me to the free player dashboard and not the platform dashboard. There used to be a little icon to switch between accounts and now it's gone. How do I get to my Platform dashboard again?

Our database administrator made a change on your account to resolve this. Please log out and then log back in to verify that everything is working again.

Me too, this is so annoying, I'm sat with a client and can't login to my full account. It's really unprofessional for you guys to just change this without informing everyone how they can get into their accounts.

simon - I only see a JW6 Free account for your e-mail address, not a JW Platform one. Can you e-mail us at supportjwplayer.com and indicate the other address on your account?
