No audio when Ringer button is in off position on IOS devices
JW Player 7. We're now getting numerous complaints from users on IOS devices reporting that there is no audio on our videos. What we've discovered is that their ringer switch is in the off position, even though their volume is turned up to 100%, and since JW Player uses device audio, it gets muted. There appears to be no way to override this. Sadly this problem seems to be happening only with JW Player. Other HTML5 players like YouTube's or www.videojs.com do not have this problem. I have just done a test on my iPhone 6, using video.js, and just like JW Player, it uses the same fullscreen native IOS view to display the video and even though my ringer is off and the audio should be muted, it is somehow overidding that device setting and playing the audio anyway. Kudos to video.js. This test is merely using IOS Safari and playing the video on their home page. Can you please fix this issue in future versions of JW Player. I'm sure I am not the only one frustrated with this.
