How to setup secure content?

Morning!
I'm not able to setup secure content in my account.
I'm trying to follow the steps described in http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1433647-token-signing-with-jw-platform but I think the menu design has changed and I'm not able to find the General / Secure Content option.

Still cannot find the security option for the videos.

I want to build a prove of concept for a elearning application but cannot find how to secure the content in jwplayer.
