jwpsrv.js and jwpsrv_frq.js

Hi,

how can I disable the analytics in your WordPress plugin "JW Player 6 Plugin for Wordpress" to get rid of the auto included JavaScript files jwpsrv.js and jwpsrv_frq.js. We are running an application that is not connected to the internet and therefore these files must not be included.

In JW Players/Plugin Settings there is an Option below "Other settings" named "Anonymous tracking". The checkbox at "Allow anonymous tracking of plugin feature usage" is NOT checked so I'd assume that analytics are disabled. But jwpsrv.js and jwpsrv_frq.js are included anyway.

Thanks for feedback
Joscha

I forgot to mention that we are using it with an Enterprise version. The license key was added to the Plugin settings but I can only choose between Free/Pro/Premium/Ads. I tried Premium and Ads, but the to external files are always included anyway.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

can I please ask for an answer to my question? It is very important to us that we can use the player without the mentioned files included.

Thanks and regards
Joscha
