Connot Load M3U8 Crossdomain access denied

Firstly, yes, there are over 22,000 results to this question, but having read through about 20 i've not found the answer i'm looking for. There are answers but forgive me, they're somewhat confusing.

I have been using the cricfree site for over two years, but all of a sudden in the last two months i've been getting the message Cannot Load M3U8 crossdomain access denied.

I've googled it, and have a vague idea what it means, although why it's now suddenly started i've no idea.

I've read posts and comments, none of which make any sense to me.

This is the link: http://www.cricfree.sx/sky-sports-f1-live-stream-1

and if someone could talk me through a step by step idiots guide to how to solve the problem I would be tremendously grateful.

Hello,

Crossdomain/CORS is a web based security feature that prevents certain accessibility to web content. In order to allow access, you need to instruct your web server to allow access to the content. This occurs in either a crossdomain or CORS file. The following article goes into great detail about this: http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403679-crossdomain-file-loading .

Kindly,

Randy
