I just upgraded to windows 10 and now I get this error when trying to play video on my site
error setting up player invalid license key

The video appears to be working for me, although I have yet to test it in Windows 10. How often are you receiving this error? Does it work on another device?

If you’re not using Microsoft Edge, what browser are you using so I may test it? If you are, there may be an issue on your local computer, perhaps with your browser’s cache. I would recommend retrying the page in a private browsing mode, or after clearing your cache.
How can I make it work for me? I still am having this issue.

I am using Safari, Chrome and mozilla firefox. Doesn't work on neither of them.
The same problem here, tryed with Edge,chrome, firefox and vivaldi.
Change your system time/zone. For example on my pc the region was inccorect and i change it to the correct one. Now it's working 100%.
@ allex06 Can you describe please how and to what you changed your region settings?
